Very friendly owner, lots of vegan/vegetarian options to choose from. I am not vegan or vegetarian, but I come here about once or twice a week. It's good.
Favorites: bitter melon soup, sesame (vegan) beef w/ rice, stone pot braised eggplant, mushroom and tofu stone pot, lotus root salad. -

The service isn't quick and yes you will be waiting longer than you would like too for your food, but the veggie pho broth is worth the wait. So if I am not up for the wait, I'll place an order or take out.
I also order the fresh spring rolls when I am in the area during lunch. The crispy ones aren't bad, but I fresh ones wrapped in the rice paper are delicious. -

BUT ONLY 1 STAR FOR THE SPRING ROLLS.
I feel it important to not bring down Lotus' overall rating for this, but the Shrimp Spring Rolls were lackluster at best. It contained only tofu, vermicelli, sprouts and lettuce. No shrimp. I ordered them specifically because I love the vegetarian shrimp. My soup had shrimp in it, so I know it's not a matter of being out.
Soup was delicious, but I wound up throwing out most of my noodles as the ratio was overwhelming. I hate wasting, but there was enough noodle for 3 bowls of soup, and not enough broth to fill those additional bowls.
I'll be coming back, but I'm disappointed in the incorrectly advertized shrimp rolls. -

We were up in The SeaTac area and was looking for another new place to try. Luckily we found this place. We started with crispy rolls that were good. I then had the sweet and sour beef with rice and hubby had the Pho. Both were delish. I am not a Pho eater but even I tasted it and the broth was amazingly flavored. It was probably the least oily Pho we have ever ordered. Only negative was no brown rice. Even the table next to us wanted brown rice. We also has a strawberry boba drink. It was amazing as well. The staff were very friendly. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant is very clean. We will definitely be back.

My grandparents and I become vegetarians for a few days during the full moon, since it's a Buddhist thing, and we always scout for new vegetarian restaurants every month.
We happened to be in the area and enjoyed the great service and food!!! Everything here is pretty affordable and tasted so delicious... I couldn't believe it was all vegetarian. If you're in town, definitely stop by. Their lotus salad was my favorite :)
